Attention - take the word POWDER literally! It turns out everywhere!
As a grandfather, "glitter powder” was a bit strange to me compared to "glitter” as in the "old days”! When I bought this I was looking for something for Christmas winter break projects. Big mistake! IT GOES ANYWHERE! Cleaning up is a nightmare. You could say it's "operator error" and it could be. but I think it should just be called Glitter Makeup.
