I had a quarter sized abrasion on the armrest of a leather sofa that stuck out like a thumb ache. The couch is a very dark burgundy color. This product covered the footprint and matched the normal color of the sofa quite well. I applied a small amount to the stain. The first layer was too light so I waited a few minutes and repeated the process and it worked. I acknowledge that there is no abrasion in the area of wear, therefore I cannot attest to any wear on the products. It's good that the packaging had this product in a ziplock bag because it must have melted when it leaked. i'm a little bit dirty
