Perfect Tiny Living Appliance

I use this for everything! How did I live without before? I live in a Sprinter van all the time and use an induction hob for cooking, but since I got this little gem I've never used an induction hob! It's so easy to use and the perfect size for one or two people. I cook a lot of stews and sauté onions, carrots and meat (if using meat) then add everything else, seal and high pressure for 7 minutes. I let it release naturally and get perfectly cooked delicious food every time. This is enough for 4 or 5 servings. I also quickly soaked the beans the other day by covering them in water while pressing down on pressure for 5 minutes. Then release it naturally and leave it on for a few hours (do not keep warm). I often cook dinner right after reheating lunch and make sure the keep warm function is on. I can ride it in the sink, and when I'm done riding, there's hot, healthy, delicious food waiting for me. I even baked banana bread in it! So interesting because I don't have an oven. It turned out SO good! I used one of the containers and lid from my To Go Ware stainless steel lunch box to bake on the rack. Because it cooks so fast, my solar system is very simple. I can reheat the leftovers on the comb in 4 minutes and while it's on it only draws 67a. I had VitaClay, which I really liked for cooking beans and especially bone broth, but takes a lot longer and harder to cook. So more battery drain, more storage space, and heavier weight than the Instant Pot Mini, and the Mini wins in every way!
