The Contigo User Experience Leaves Something to be Desired Despite the Company's Excellent Products

Contigo's online store is where I recently made numerous purchases, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the things that they sell. Their food containers were ideal for meal preparation as well as storage, and their water bottles were sturdy enough to maintain the temperature of my liquids for several hours. Nevertheless, the negative aspects of my time spent using their products eclipsed the beneficial aspects of my time spent using their products. Their website was difficult to navigate, with categories that were not clear at all, and a search option that was cumbersome. It took me an excessive amount of time to find the things that I was looking for, and as a result, I ended up feeling frustrated and leaving the site. In order to make a bad situation even worse, their customer service was subpar. It took me several efforts to obtain an answer to a query I had concerning one of their products. When I did finally hear back from someone, the representative was unhelpful and condescending. My overall impression is one of disappointment in Contigo since, despite the high quality of their products, they do not pay enough attention to the user experience or to providing good customer service. If they can make improvements in these areas, it would increase the likelihood that I will do business with them in the future.
