One of the best minerals for complete body care
This Epsom Salts Bath with Eucalyptus and Mint Essential Oils is amazing. After a bath one feels refreshed and relaxes tired and strained muscles. I use it at least 3 times a week. Bathing and bathing at night relaxes me, and the next morning I feel almost no stiffness. I will continue to use it while training a lot in the summer.
