But I feel a little better after soaking for an hour in

or so when I'm feeling energetic. It doesn't dissolve very quickly, so I have to mix it up a bit. And I'm not sure if it's just my nose, but I wish the smell was a little stronger. But I feel a little better after soaking for an hour. Too bad it doesn't last until the next day but it's just my body. I plan to try a few more of these for relaxation and anxiety.

One of the best minerals for complete body care

This Epsom Salts Bath with Eucalyptus and Mint Essential Oils is amazing. After a bath one feels refreshed and relaxes tired and strained muscles. I use it at least 3 times a week. Bathing and bathing at night relaxes me, and the next morning I feel almost no stiffness. I will continue to use it while training a lot in the summer.

I bought it after reading all the rave reviews. I didn't like it better.

Bought this after reading all the great reviews. I found it no better than any other Epsom salt I've ever used. It had a pleasant smell, even for those who are sensitive to chemicals. Would I buy it again, no, not really. It's not that I didn't like it, I just don't think it's really any better than any other similar product I've used. Did it relieve my muscle pain, no, but no other product helps either.

Helps relieve sore muscles

This product works as advertised which is why I give it the five stars it deserves. Pain has a very real use. I agree with other reviewers that it smells nice in a bag but not as fragrant in water, but it's important to note that many people, especially women, don't want tons of artificial flavors in a bath product.
