I transfer all the lighting in the house from 2800 K (warm white) to 5000 K (cool white , but not quite daylight) with a high color rendering index (CRI, 100 means all colors are in the spectrum). There are many FEIT 5000K light bulbs offering many styles and high CRI 5000K versions. This ensures uniform illumination of all lights. I appreciate FEIT providing this selection of products. This lamp is advertised at 5000K. In fact, this lamp consists of two elements of 2800K and two of 6500K. If all the light from all LED elements hits the object, it could give an average of 5000K. In reality, however, this does not happen. 2800K is projected in one direction and 6500K in the other. So if it's next to a wall, the wall will be a different color than your other walls. And if you look at the lightbulb, it looks like it's multicolored. Well, in truth, most won't see the difference. But if you are critical and want good architectural lighting, which I think this lamp is designed for, then this lamp is not for you. For the money and for the open design (clear glass) it should have decent 5000K elements throughout. Otherwise this is a good and nice lamp.
