Purchased on 10th August 2020. On 11th September my daughter was skating and the entire one side of the skate was torn. I have contacted the seller and no response. The skates are practically new, only worn twice. What's even more disheartening, when I took a closer look at the skates, I checked the sizing when we first bought them and it was blank. Well, when they were little used and the inner tongue wasn't brand new white anymore, you could see that there was a white band next to the size (still bright white). When I pulled it off it turned out to be a size 7. A7! I ordered size 4 for my 7 year old daughter. She complained that they were too big, but as I originally ordered them a size up so they would last a little I passed. It was actually 3 extra sizes too big. That's probably why it broke; Your foot is trying to maintain traction as you skate. Not to mention it could seriously injure her leg or ankle. I bought two pairs, one for each of my daughters. My daughter loves ice skates. If they were the right size, we probably wouldn't have a problem. Just need a spare pair of the RIGHT size.
