Review on Printpak by Rob Parsons

I love how it creates more room for creativity when printing your own work than if you were doing just something sent from another vendor! The ease of use was great too :) Honestly though, not anything in particular. If they would change their business model so customers could make things happen like they did with the old program (like an option where they send you a link to download the files after purchase), that'd be ideal :). It's been great working with these folks and learning new tricks along the way. They're always willing to help out, even at this early time as we are preparing to go live. The best part of working in this product was knowing I was doing my job well for our customers and giving them the results they needed accurately! Not much since the beginning but there are some improvements being made so hopefully it will get better as time goes by! Great Product. It helps me save money for my customer's satisfaction. There isn't anything bad about this program yet. This program has helped me with getting accurate quotes from other printer companies that have been used before.
