The ease in which I can store my files, search by date or type of document is great! There are some features that could be improved such as being able to add more columns/fields when searching. This would make it easier to find what you're looking for faster. Also there should be an option to create folders within your account so if you wanted to organize things into different categories this would help too. It's easy to use once you get used to how everything works. You don't need any prior knowledge about using computers. Once you learn how to navigate through the system, it really opens up new opportunities. We've been able to quickly and efficiently retrieve files from previous cases.
