Bad eyes are good for skin care

Not recommended, I want my money back. I bought for my dark circles under my eyes and fine lines around my eyes. However, it makes my dark circles worse. I don't have sensitive skin, I have great skin; and yet it widens my pores. I've never looked like this before.
