I like that it’s easy to use, simple enough for me as an amateur marketer but powerful enough for those more experienced with digital marketing. It also allows you send out multiple campaigns at once which is great if your looking for results in just one day or week! There are no downsides really - maybe try using some other email management services so see how they compare? If it's not what you need then there are plenty of others available too. We've been able to get our messages through quicker than we would have without this product because it integrates well with Mailchimp (our newsletter provider) - allowing us to do automated emails at times when we wouldn't normally be sending them ourselves. I like that it allows me to see my open rate, click-throughs & unsubscribes at once! It's easy for small businesses who need something more cost effective than an email tool with better reporting capabilities. The ability to create custom reports is great as well! Having this information in one place makes managing campaigns much easier now instead of searching through multiple tools. A lot less time spent tracking down stats from different sources across platforms has been saved by using throttle.
