My first iPad arrived Monday night and I was so excited to be able to use my Apple Pencil to take notes in meetings, write on my calendar and basically have an endless notepad. But the next night my hand just killed me! As much as I love the Apple Pencil, it's a bit awkward to use on the slick screen, and I think it was so different from normal writing that it took a toll on my hand. So I went to Revain to find one of those paper screen covers I had heard about. When I opened the package I was a little shocked. They were light blue! But no, it was just a peel-off covering two protective sheets. So I cleaned the screen with a damp cloth, dried it with a piece of microfiber cloth, checked for dust and put on a new screen protector. I had a lot of blisters, but they were relatively easy to remove with the included scraper. And then I started writing. This screen cover makes a HUGE difference! It not only *feels* like paper, it *sounds* like paper! I'm already finding it easier to write with a much more natural hand position and I no longer feel like my pencil is sliding across the screen. This makes a huge difference to my comfort and the quality of my handwriting! And this does not affect the clarity of the screen at all! Bottom line: if you find writing with your Apple Pencil even a little awkward or awkward, or if your pencil feels like it's gliding across a slick factory screen, then get one of these screens. Defender. It's not tempered glass, so it won't protect the glass from breaking if you drop your iPad. But it prevents scratches, perfectly hides fingerprints or smudges, and definitely makes typing on your iPad a lot easier! decided to combine both. I've just added a Supershieldz 9H screen protector to my iPad, but of course I couldn't stand the non-paper feeling when writing, so I used the spare paper sleeve I got from this 2-pack and put it over the top of the glass. Believe it or not, it still works great! Now I have the protection I want with the texture I want!
