Quick Reference: Small, compact, easy to set up, good print quality. Detailed review: I just received the new Aobio D4 label printer. Like my X4 model, it's easy to set up. I wanted to get another one for a single item and this new one just came out so it worked perfectly! Insert the included USB flash drive, connect your printer, run the program and the driver will be installed. Then simply select and print out! Compared to the X4, I like that the print head opens with a side hinge. Feeding labels is much easier than on the X4. It's also much smaller than the X4! You can simply set this up in the receipt pressure booth if you have a mobile kiosk or similar situations. The smaller text on the D4 is slightly lighter than on the X4, but both barcodes print great and look the same on both. The only thing I like more about the X4 is that it can load the first label so it doesn't go to waste. But you have to load and unload it frequently, so it's only 1/300 of a wasted label. These are thermal labels, no ink. So in case of bad weather or some other accident, I don't have to worry about the ink smearing and running on the label! So if you've never had a thermal printer before, I highly recommend it. It's much more convenient than regular printed labels!
