Definitely protect but tight fit to get on.

Use these for camp fire cooking and backyard bbq. Great protection but snug fit to get in. Size smaller than expected.  That's my review.

Pros

Affordable and convenient, these gloves are a must-have for any serious cook or griller

Cons

The gloves may not fit over bulky cooking gloves or mitts
