Physical dimensions Perfect but card not recognized

I've used 3 Samsung MicroSD sizes that work on my other devices including my Acer CB5 Chromebook but my Lenovo C330 didn't recognize them. Physically, it fits perfectly in the slot. My guess is that either the Samsung MicroSD isn't compatible, which would be disappointing given Samsung's market share, or I need the next size up from that manufacturer if the pins don't touch. However, this particular model did not fit my Lenovo C330.
