General: Love these headphones, they look great, sound quality is great for all genres, some complaints after extended use. In general, if you wear them for a 1-2 hour workout you should be comfortable, don't expect to be overwhelmed by the volume or oblivious to your surroundings as the volume isn't loud enough in my opinion. and the noise reduction was not noticeable at all. Comfort: I wore them for 6 hours all morning at work driving a noisy diesel truck and it took me about 3 hours before I started to feel uncomfortable. But I have REALLY small ears (all my life people have commented on how small they are) and maybe that's why I found them very comfortable compared to some others in the reviews, but my friend with more pronounced ears found them comfortable to wear. Within an hour, no problem. Washable ear pads: I haven't read the instructions on how to wash the ear pads, tried to play around with them, but stopped when it wasn't obvious how to remove them. Adjustment: I love the elastic that sits on your head, holds them in place very well but can be removed if you don't like it.
