I am not one who usually writes reviews, and I can say, similar to others reviewers. Customer service is excellent! Kaven is such an asset for the company! Kaven is awesome at checking in with his customers and always willing to help you with any issues. I had a problem with a battery not taking a charge after a few months. Kaven suggested some trouble shooting, and sent me a replacement immediately. His follow through is so appreciated! Thank you Kaven and thank you for your patience!This is my first hearing amplifier. I have had hearing issues for years, more so with my left ear. Went to hearing specialist years ago. Still took me years to bite the bullet and purchase something. I had a few amplifiers in my save for later cart for years. After getting tired of being in meeting and not being able to make out what was said from across the room, I finally pushed the buy button. I purchased 2, Ziv 201 and Ziv 201A. I use them most in meetings. While I am sure they are not to be compared with prescription hearing aids, for myself, these are a great transition, till I am ready for a prescription. I really like the rechargeable battery! They are affordably priced! My suggestion to anyone on the fence as I had been. They are worth the price, they are a great first step for hearing loss, support is an email away, and refundable if they do not work for you! What more can I say?I plan to copy & paste this review for each model I purchased, Thank you and hopes this helps others!
