The second time is nice. However, my return takes over 3 weeks and nothing else.

I ordered a Vertiv Liebert PSI5 Lithium Ion UPS -1500VA/13500W 120V Mini Tower, the fan was noisy; very loud. The company sent replacements in a timely manner and it works as advertised. Thing is, it works so well I'd consider keeping both, but the noisy fan was unbearable. I returned the first tower about 3 weeks ago on 08/21/2021 and I haven't heard any news about my return. I have to say so far based on the performance of the UPS during multiple power outages; I tend to use the second device in the future. My decision is based on additional time to assess durability and the company's response to my refund.
