This is one of the best buttery meals I have ever eaten. It's durable, holds more than a lump of butter. The lid is high enough to sit well over the oil. The reason I had to replace my old glazed ceramic dinnerware was that the lid slipped out of my slightly greasy fingers and broke, in fact for the second time in many years. This time I was looking for dishes with a lid with a handle. My order came quickly, the packaging is excellent. I highly recommend this dish. I am also very impressed with the company, they are very personable and if you sign up for a free extended warranty they give you $10 to spend in store. 5 stars from me.
