Beautiful butter dish for the kitchen and dining room

The packaging of the butter dish is very pretty but if you order one be aware that Priority Chef will foam wrap it and pack it tightly in the box. Removing the oil can is a styrofoam struggle and you will end up with all the tiny bits breaking off and sticking to everything around you and your clothes. So far the dish is very good, but not worth fighting for.

We love it. suitable for dishes and serving

I like that the handle is easy to grip at the top, even if there are traces of oil or other oil on your fingers. I like that it's white instead of clear glass because there will always be traces of oil in the lid and it looks awful if the lid is clear glass. It's a little wider than some oilers, so it's easy to avoid getting oil on the inside of the lid, although I'd point that out if it were a little wider, like our old butter dish we smashed.

Awesome Butter Dish Awesome Company!

This is one of the best buttery meals I have ever eaten. It's durable, holds more than a lump of butter. The lid is high enough to sit well over the oil. The reason I had to replace my old glazed ceramic dinnerware was that the lid slipped out of my slightly greasy fingers and broke, in fact for the second time in many years. This time I was looking for dishes with a lid with a handle. My order came quickly, the packaging is excellent. I highly recommend this dish. I am also very impressed with
