Review on Black Oval Shape Austrian Crystal Stone Promise Statement Ring with Gold Plating by Renee Stahl

The ring is very nice for jewelry but the quality is not the same. The little gems weren't there when I got it and the "gem" just looks like plastic with the holographic paint peeling off the top. It is definitely not opal or synthetic opal like in the photo. The "stone" is imprecisely glued into the frame. The black color will wash off after 3 days of wear. Luckily I have small nail stones that I glued in where the gems should have been. I should be able to repaint the ring with black and clear nail polish and only wear it with certain outfits. I am very disappointed because I have bought many stainless steel rings from Jude Jewelers which were cheap and are still perfect and not tarnished even though I wear them every day. I definitely wouldn't buy it for a great gift on a special occasion or for long term wear.
