We liked the basic design of the coffee maker. It also ran much quieter than the equivalent Keurig device. We got up one morning to make coffee and it just didn't work. The cup size selector didn't work, nor did the drink strength selector. There is no water heating noise. Since we have owned the coffee machine for 4 months. Raven didn't help us at all. Went to the manufacturer and they offered us a new one if we pay the postage ($11). It was three days ago. Although there is no coffee maker. We'll try, but if it doesn't work, we won't buy another Hamilton Beach product.
