My 2016 Ranger EV has a built in bracket that matches this mirror perfectly. It is installed with two small screws using a hex/hex key. They also include mounts in case your UTV doesn't have a mounting point. It's very light, but so far durability hasn't been an issue on a lot of off-road work. The mirror is well protected in the car. The slightly convex mirror offers a wide panoramic view with minimal distortion.
