The first Gissaral charger I received failed fairly early on in a 6 week trip. This was very discouraging as my MacBook was supposed to be my primary tool for navigating my route, finding possible stops and booking hotels. I have to say that my MacBook is 6 years old and the battery drains incredibly quickly. I wrote to Gissaral describing how I had verified that the problem was with the charger itself and they promptly sent me a replacement. On the next trip, the charger helped a lot and kept my old MacBoot in good working order, but I've found a potential weakness that's easy to overcome. I had Gissaral on a long extension cord, stood on the floor of my Tesla, right over the batteries, and was covered in a down jacket. After a while the charger turned itself off. I noticed that he was overheating. I let it cool down and never left it covered with a down jacket or anything and it worked great. Thank you Gassaral.
