We bought this stroller in February 2018. After about 3 months of walking, the left wheel fell off completely. Luckily my child wasn't hurt. When I called Delta to let them know, they asked me for the model/serial number which is on a sticker on the inside of the frame. Our stroller did not have this sticker. That's why Delta couldn't help us. We later learned that this stroller was recalled in August 2017 due to the same issue we had. So apparently someone removed the model/serial number sticker due to this product being recalled. Do not specifically purchase this item from this seller. Please make sure it has a serial number sticker on it to ensure it is not the same batch as the recall.
