I definitely trusted all the reviews I read, people rave about the thickness of the hair and the quality of the clips. Yes, there's a nice clump of hair when you take the hair extensions out of the box, but when you look at each piece there's very little of it - and it makes almost no difference when it's cut. Clips are of good quality. but they are so thick that i can't layer them, i will have a big bump around my head if i cut more than one piece. Also only part 4 of the clip shows at the bottom of my head. The hair is soft and the color is perfect, since I opened the box and took out the hair I can't return it, I doubt I'll ever use it. Sassina's version of Halo is much better
