Very important. *I HAVE NO PROBLEMS CONNECTING THE HARD DRIVE*
FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH HARD DRIVE PROBLEMS. by connecting it to the NVR. I used a spare drive I had on hand. Considering the cost of this NVR, it is very inexpensive and works great for me. I connected 2 cheap analog cameras and a network indoor camera to it and it works as expected. Setup was easy. Connect cameras (analogue) to the box, turn them on, you have video on the screen. That's easy. Of course, there are many options after that, but each setting can be easily adjusted via the OSD. I would recommend.
