Review on Multifunctional Windshield Phone Kolasels Dashboard by Jorge Maertz

Discreet affordable car phone holder

Edit: 2021-03-22 - I'd like to add that I managed to get the reservoir cup to stay attached to the dash - All I did was literally lick the underside of the suction cup, and it didn't move for days. This solved the issue mentioned below, so please consider it. Many Thanks. Original review below: I decided to order this mount because I've started to ride and deliver between orders. The presence of a mount while driving is mandatory for reasons of comfort, functionality and safety. So far, this bracket has proven itself quite well. I love that it has a quick release button and also easily turns off on almost any phone - both of my phones fit in easily. On the other hand, I had to use glue to secure the mount. I'm not sure if it has more to do with the suction cup or the type of material my dash is made of. I drive a Mustang and on newer model Mustangs the material covering the dashboard area is uneven. In any case, it won't be long until I go to the dollar store. Luckily the glue only cost a dollar and one stop from my house. Everything is fine with this mount. I've seen more aesthetic car mounts, but they tend to be more expensive. There are cheaper options than these, but they also seem to be less durable. I'd say it's more of an average mount where you get good quality at a good price. So far it has worked reasonably well and I can easily plug and unplug my phone, which I have to do twenty to thirty times a day when I'm driving. I recommend this for most riders, although you may need some glue to get it holding properly.

Pros
  • ADJUSTABLE: 360 degree rotating holder The phone can be rotated with the swiveling ball head, the 360 degree swiveling ball head gives you any desired viewing angle. The adjustable arm can rotate 270 degrees up and down to fully adjust the phone's position. Do not block your view while driving.
Cons
  • Big and Bulky
