So the cover on the adhesive backing was difficult to remove, took me too long, but I often have this problem. After removing the cover, it was very easy to put on and attach to the wall. They are quite thick and perfectly protect the wall and doorknob. They aren't noisy when the handle touches, I have kids so they open with some effort. The patterns are simple but cute so I love how they look on my walls. The colors are bold and the kids love it.
