Fits perfectly and doesn't let water through!
Obviously you get what you pay for. The bag has ventilation pockets, three straps for fastening and a couple of "loops" to secure the bag with a bike lock. It also has a vinyl "window" for your license plate, which is not required in the United States. Cons: Not sealed at all. I had a cover on my bike and it rained about six hours last night. The fabric is wet and my bike is wet. Worse, it fits my Honda CBR500R snugly. The wheels are not 100% covered (as advertised so I knew that before purchasing the item). I usually buy M size covers for my bike. Never had any problems but this one is too small. I will return this item and spend more for better quality.
