The customer support that I receive from Entenso each day has been outstanding, they are always very quick to respond and ensure any issues we have or queries i might not be able to resolve myself are dealt with efficiently. Their prices should also fall in line with UK competitors as this can sometimes give us pause for concern. We would like more services to include. If you want someone who provides good value for money then look no further than Entenso. Supportive staff, fast response times & excellent knowledge of our product range.We benefit significantly by being backed up by a large supplier such as Entenso who are known to provide great service. They understand how important time-management is so their ability to prioritise projects well ensures efficiency within the organisation. Our customers continuely comment about the ease of use offered by Entenso's software I like the fact that Entenso provide a range of services which can be used to solve a variety of problems. They are constantly developing and improving their products to meet the needs of their clients. Customer service is excellent - I can't fault the team at Entenso. I haven't found anything that I dislike about Entenso so far. We use Entenso for a number of purposes, including our CRM, our HR system, and our salesforce. It's great to be able to have everything in one place.
