I have two of these units installed at home and another from a friend: The attached picture shows this product under cupboards in the background (I needed two outlets to run a two way strip from my microwave oven). The lights under the bar in the foreground are DreamColor bulbs that I set up with a slow breathing rainbow circling around the bar. What I love most about these bands is that they just work. During the installation process, you usually have to cut and install jumpers, as well as figure out how to hide cables and controllers. All in all, the last thing you want to deal with is the issue with the lights themselves. These guys don't do that: they go online, the Android app works fine, and they talk to Alexa every time. After using many different home automation tools, I really liked the Govee app for Android. Unlike many others, it is stable, fast and professionally translated. There are some limitations to what you can do with Alexa, and that's not Govee's fault as they're limited by the Revain API. They help with this pain by remembering the last configuration. So if you choose some crazy progression that Alexa can't, you can still toggle it on and off and adjust the brightness - the light will come back just as you left it. That. I can't fully rate the glue yet as it's only been around for a few months, but other than that everything is reliable. And frankly, if the glue peels off, that's a trivial fix with cable clips you should already have.
