I think this is a great solid 8 inch tablet that ticks all of my boxes. For some reason Samsung didn't enable Voice over LTE, Voice over IP works fine. I use Google Voice which is free and I can make and receive calls on this tablet! You can use Internet Connection Sharing and connect other devices to share your LTE Internet, but speed is limited. However, the tablet has DeX, which allows you to run Android on your laptop or TV wirelessly in an environment that is very similar to Windows 10! Your internet speed is unlimited when you use Dex, so you can watch videos in full 1080p resolution. The only problem I have is all the software Samsung advertises on a tablet trying to duplicate everything that's already on it from Google. It has space for two SIMs (if you don't mind giving up the memory card slot), and if you've configured one SIM for LTE and the other for 3G, you should theoretically be able to make calls over 3G. sim and connect to the internet using the LTE SIM card. Haven't tried it yet, I've only had it for a few days, but so far I'm very impressed with it!
