Not all magnetic charging cables fit all "plugs". In the photo I posted you can see the 2 plugs that came with charging cables from different companies. They are not compatible. If your phone has the connector pictured below, you will not be able to charge it using the cables pictured above, and the reverse is also true. You must have the correct plug that comes with your cable. I tried ordering additional cables, even from the same brand, and they were NOT compatible. I don't know how you can tell that. Because of this, I sent a lot back. You switch to this system so you don't have to plug or unplug your phone. Replacing plugs makes no sense.
