Good sock but i don't like this one size fits all. I was looking for socks that stretch from heal to top of foot diagonally and this does, but If you are size 11, this sock measures at 9 1/2 heel to toe, it's going to stretch up but to tight for me. I don't like one size fits all. If you are size 13 like this claims to fit, then it is useless in being called a diabetic sock. The point of a diabetic sock is to 'decrease' pressure on all of the foot. Not just the calves. This puts pressure on my toes pushing them in. Toe tightness effects me after a couple of hours. This is the best sock I have tried so far, as far as the weave. It stretches in all directions but they are trying to sell you a small sock and a big and tall sock in one here.
