First of all I have to say that you must be prepared to wait for this package. It really took a whole month, as was said. But I'm pretty sure it's from China, that's why. It works great with my light that I got from the target. Consistency is what it should be, doesn't crumble. Great product for the price. And the color is just as you choose.
