Review on Soldering Adjustable Temperature Accessories Including by David Golden

This has got to be the worst soldering iron I've had in 50 years. It seems to heat up normally, but the tips won't take tin even after trying different fluxes and get dirty very quickly. I had to clean them with a file once they cooled. And when heated, the barrel loosens. I would not recommend this item if you are doing electronics or wiring work and want a good connection.
