I recommend ordering one size up if you plan to wear multiple layers of underwear. I am beside myself with this purchase. The coat is very well cut, can be closed quickly and is above all WARM! It arrived just before #snowmageddon2019 and saved my life. I've been looking for a warm winter coat for months, reading endless reviews and couldn't find anything until I found this coat. It's perfect! Yes, it's noisy, but the durable, quick-drying material makes it worth it. You won't find a better coat in this price range. I will definitely buy!
