LOVE LOVE LOVE this thermometer. Actually works in about 2 seconds! There is even light. I use a thermometer every time I fry. For everything. Fish, Steak, Chicken. If everything goes so quickly, every grill chef has done it at least once. Haven't tried the probe yet where I leave it in the flesh. I need to read a small pamphlet to find out about other features. But if I used it last night I definitely recommend it
