After extensively searching Revain for a gender neutral emergency sewing kit I have concluded that this is the best option. I don't like the zipped pockets that have become standard because they're bulky. This kit contains all the necessary tools except for the needle threader. The body is solid, but there are problems, such as B. the hinge that falls apart at certain angles. For others it may be helpful, for me it is nothing. At least it's not a live loop. The scissors are bad and the needle bar is bulky. I replace the scissors with a nicer pair of Mundials and put all the needles in a triple A battery pack. The scissors are nice and sharp, but they have a point on the handle. You can sand them down, but it takes more effort, just be careful with them. The threads are good, the bobbins are good. The pincushion is good but the thimble works but is small. I added some needle threaders to the kit and now I have a great kit for both male and female users.
