Love this. I bought this primarily for sleeping but am considering wearing it outside the home. I have medium thickness wavy hair, almost tailbone length, and I was able to style all my hair comfortably, and with the help of a small strap on my back, I was able to tighten it where I needed it. It didn't fall off at all overnight and I didn't have the usual slight soreness behind my ear that I usually get from a thicker cap. I'm surprised I got so much for the price I paid and although I thought about giving one to another long haired member in the house I decided to keep them ALL to myself.
