When I ordered them I was concerned that they didn't look like the originals (GE profile) and they aren't either. They are very different designs. The original had an intricate bending and twisting method to get it in place and stay in place, which will almost certainly break it after it's been removed once or twice. The new ones basically just snap on the outer edge of the hole and stay in place nicely, but also allow for easier removal without much effort or bending the plastic. As long as they don't dry out and become brittle they should be better than the OEM design. The time will show.
