Review on TP-Link TL-WN722N NT Wireless 150Mbps High Gain USB Adapter - Certified Refurbished by Chia-pin Lin ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not a bad product, but you can find better.

It sees fewer networks in an apartment building in comparison to the new WN822N, which was taken as a replacement. As a result, the reception power is low; however, it calmly breaks through one concrete wall, which is sufficient for smaller apartments. There is no indication of a communication breakdown within three years. Online movies, the torrent does not disrupt the connection; nonetheless, 150 Mbps is already insufficient, and the distribution speed decreases (in compared with the WN822N, which offers 300 Mbps) somewhere around peak usage. In conclusion, it is not only out of date morally, but it is also restricted in the amount of time that it can function normally without any issues (3 years). At this time, I do not advise going through with it; rather, you could consider one of the other model ranges instead.

Pros
  • Simple to install, requires no maintenance, and takes up little space.
Cons
  • After functioning normally for three years without incident, USB began to unexpectedly malfunction. Important flaw affecting internet gaming. It is no longer sufficient for a typical network to have 150 Mbps, and having such a slow connection will prevent you from experiencing the full allure of high-speed optical networks.
