I bought two of these to install in my church toilets. I just installed the first one yesterday so they're brand new to me but so far I'm happy with the purchase. If something changes and I run into problems in the future I will update the review. Installation was easy and straightforward, but it's definitely a two-person job. I was glad they included extra screws because I almost ripped the head off one of them trying to screw it in (I'd complain about that but it was probably my fault. I used a bit, that's probably was too small). Instead of forcing the issue, I was able to just take it out and replace it with one of the spares. Thank you Alpine! The quality of the device seems to be very good. It's firmly against the wall and I'm not worried about its safety. The hinges creaked as they lifted the table to close it, but a quick spray of WD-40 on each side helped. I feel like the manufacturer could put some lube in it so it wouldn't be a problem for the user. One of the other reviews said that when I unpacked the unit there was plastic shavings from manufacturing all over it and while mine wasn't in it that much I still had to give it a good clean. I don't think this is unreasonable, especially considering how affordable this device is. There is also another review that says the bags just fall out of the dispensers when there are only a few bags in it. I found this to apply to me as well, but quickly realized that if I inserted the rectangular, folded liner into the dispenser lengthwise (or portrait, if you prefer) I would be rotating it 90 degrees, to make it wider (or "landscape". " orientation), they fit much better. This is a minor inconvenience, but not critical for me. The lines I use are listed below.
