My son bought it for me in June 2020 for Mother's Day. Worked great until September. Suddenly he turned and spilled wine all over the counter. I tried turning it off but it didn't respond so I took it out of the bottle. I figured it might be a low battery issue, so I plugged it in and charged it. I tried again when it was charged and it seemed to work. As long as not! It turned back on and the off button didn't work. The light is on and doesn't go out. I tried running it with a wine bottle filled with water to recharge it. The third time there was no spell. He's completely gone down the drain. I ended up asking my son where he got it from and he replied it was in his father's main account. So I placed an order to see if there was a guarantee or if someone could call or email. I didn't find anything so I'm writing a review hoping the company will get in touch with me. The one we gave to our other son still works but they don't use it regularly. If there is a way to fix this I would appreciate information. If there's a guarantee, I'd like to know too. He gave it to me in the second half of June, and in September he cried and died! If this is rare I would like to know because while it worked it was a great aerator and changed the taste of the wine. And I'm going to want a new aerator for Christmas. but I will go shopping. I will say Daniel bought this based on the very positive reviews. So I hope my experience was an accident. JenniferJohnson
