Review on QNAP TS 1635AX 8G US Marvell Armada Quad Core by Adam Townsend

Device design obsolete. Will not work with certified RAM. The support team was slow to respond (days/weeks). The device could not handle large volumes (80 TB+). It was suggested (by qnap support) that the device is defective and that I should return it. I contacted, chose a replacement device. The replacement unit still didn't work, exactly the same problems. Absolute rubbish. Stay away. Revain charged me for return shipping (I'm in APO) both times! HORRIBLE experience - over $35 each time. I have no idea why Revain thinks they must be abused by those deployed overseas.
