Review on Frye Nora Knotted Hobo Beige by Iris Swatson

I really like the color and texture of the bag. It's a soft yellowish-brown color reminiscent of an old baseball glove. Nice and soft texture. I wish there were little metal feet on the bottom but most bags don't have them. The biggest problem is that the strap is very short. It really puts the bag right under my armpit, which I hate. The knots seemed to allow for some adjustment, so I loosened them and moved the knot down. I don't think I should have moved them. While this gave me the length I liked, the tanning of the leather showed marks where the knot used to be. As if there wasn't enough "stain" on the parts. Something like a deep tan and swimsuit strap marks. I don't want to carry it on my forearm or elbow all the time as it's a large bag. I'll probably try to darken the fades somehow and leave the strap extended. The bag itself is amazing and the leather is so beautiful. If I had really skinny arms or something I might not mind, but I just wish they were more adjustable. A lot of people like shorter straps these days, so I might be the exception here. I will continue to wear it with modified straps because I like it a lot.
