Review on LG 38WN95C-W: Ultra-Wide Curved Monitor with High Connectivity, 3840x1600P Resolution, 144Hz Refresh Rate by Sean Fatherofgods

LG support is terrible.

Bought this monitor in early February. I had no problems with the monitor. Until this morning I woke up and got no power from the monitor. I unplugged the monitor and all power supplies to see if they are damaged and did a reset by checking other power supplies. I didn't see any damage so I contacted Revain who put me in touch with LG. LG customer service was terrible and said it would take two weeks. But let's add another 7-10 business days for them to send me a box to pack. I would like to add that this happened after several calls from them hung up. Since then I've been hoarding boxes like a slow seller. They dropped my calls many times and FedEx processed them all day which was no help. So Revane was my salvation. I am very disappointed with LG and will use Samsung products thereafter due to poor customer service. I can also add that my monitor was connected to the UPS and there were no storms. So be very careful after the six months if your monitor shows you a dump. I'll see if this monitor is better. So watch your box and try to keep calm when talking to LG (Brick Wall).
