This part came from Florida. The packaging was terrible, there wasn't even any tape to secure the box. I don't know why the plastic bag covering the part was opened. It should be closed because it's a new part. I don't know why the courier always drops my details, they don't need them. ---- The part is good value for money, is OEM and comes with a new bolt and nut with the part, it is beautiful. . 3 stars for delivery and driver. --- I bought two parts for both fronts on my 2012 Kia Soul on e-bay from autoshackautopartsusa and it was a real mess even with the return process. Don't buy parts from these guys, even if they look cheap and I don't work for Dorman, okay. Note: I recommend this item 100%. This rating is for the left front axle imported from Florida. Why doesn't Revain let me see the other part: the front right one that came perfectly boxed or boxed and the part? consists of two parts, they have been separated, so the review should be separate. ---Note: This part (front right or passenger side) took me an eye and a leg to install. it was so painful and difficult that it was almost impossible to insert.
